Minus sign

The minus sign is the default value if the variable isn't set. This line has two sets of fallbacks:

CELERYBEAT_PID_FILE=${CELERYBEAT_PID_FILE:-${CELERYBEAT_PIDFILE:-$DEFAULT_PID_FILE}}
